Shipping Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At Varenna Global, we are committed to ensuring that every order is prepared carefully and delivered as safely and efficiently as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing procedures, international delivery estimates, tracking information, customs responsibilities, and what to do if a delivery issue occurs.

1. Company Information

Varenna Global is operated by:

GBM DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC
7901 4TH ST N STE 300
St. Petersburg, FL 33702
United States

Email: support@thevarenna.com

2. Shipping Destinations

Varenna Global ships to customers worldwide, subject to carrier availability, customs restrictions, local regulations, and service availability in the destination country.

In rare cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain countries, regions, remote areas, military addresses, PO boxes, or locations affected by legal or logistical restrictions.

If we cannot fulfil an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer and arrange an alternative solution or cancellation.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping rates may vary depending on:

  • the destination country;

  • the delivery address;

  • the selected shipping method;

  • the size, weight, or value of the order;

  • carrier availability; and

  • any active promotional shipping offer.

Free shipping may be offered for selected products, destinations, order values, or promotional periods. Any applicable conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing may include:

  • payment verification;

  • fraud and security screening;

  • order confirmation;

  • product inspection;

  • packaging preparation; and

  • transfer to the shipping carrier.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, public holidays, product preparation, payment reviews, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order-processing time is separate from the estimated delivery period.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once the order has been prepared and dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

A tracking number may be created before the carrier records the first physical movement of the shipment.

For this reason, tracking information may initially display messages such as:

  • label created;

  • shipment information received;

  • awaiting carrier pickup;

  • tracking unavailable; or

  • no movement recorded.

This is a normal part of the international shipping process and does not necessarily indicate that the package has not been dispatched.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

After the shipment receives its first tracking update, the estimated international delivery time is generally:

7–15 business days

This estimate does not include the initial order-processing period.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays in the origin country, transit countries, and destination country.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping Carriers

Varenna Global works with international logistics providers and local delivery partners.

The carrier used for an order may vary depending on:

  • the destination country;

  • product availability;

  • fulfilment location;

  • shipment size and value;

  • customs requirements; and

  • the fastest or most reliable available delivery route.

The international carrier responsible for the first stage of transportation may transfer the package to a local postal service or delivery company for final delivery.

Customers may therefore see more than one carrier or tracking system associated with the same shipment.

8. Tracking Your Order

Every dispatched order includes tracking information whenever available.

Customers can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to follow the delivery progress through the relevant carrier’s tracking platform.

Tracking information may take several business days to become active or show its first update.

International tracking may also temporarily pause while the shipment:

  • moves between countries;

  • awaits customs processing;

  • is transferred between carriers;

  • enters the destination country; or

  • is handed to a local delivery provider.

Temporary periods without tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the shipment is lost.

9. Delivery Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, delays may occur due to circumstances including:

  • customs inspections or clearance procedures;

  • carrier backlogs;

  • adverse weather;

  • public holidays;

  • local delivery disruptions;

  • incorrect or incomplete address information;

  • transportation restrictions;

  • security inspections;

  • destination-country regulations;

  • high-volume shopping periods; or

  • events outside our reasonable control.

Varenna Global cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, governments, weather conditions, or other third parties.

Our support team will assist customers with available tracking information and, where appropriate, request an investigation from the carrier.

10. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where possible, applicable taxes or charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, any additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Varenna Global does not control these charges and cannot guarantee or predict their amount.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import rules and potential charges applicable in their country before completing a purchase.

11. Customs Information Requests

Customs authorities or local carriers may request additional information from the customer before releasing a shipment.

This may include:

  • identification documents;

  • tax identification numbers;

  • proof of purchase;

  • payment confirmation;

  • product information; or

  • authorization for customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for responding to legitimate requests from customs authorities or delivery providers within the required timeframe.

Failure to provide required information may result in delays, return of the shipment, storage fees, or disposal by local authorities.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

This includes, where applicable:

  • full recipient name;

  • street name and number;

  • apartment, unit, or building details;

  • city;

  • state or province;

  • postal or ZIP code;

  • country;

  • telephone number; and

  • any information required by the local delivery service.

Varenna Global is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.

Customers who need to correct an address should contact support@thevarenna.com as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

13. Failed Delivery Attempts

The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and remaining available to receive the order.

If the carrier cannot complete delivery, the customer may be required to:

  • arrange redelivery;

  • collect the package from a pickup location;

  • contact the local carrier;

  • provide additional address information; or

  • complete customs requirements.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for:

  • return-shipping costs;

  • reshipping fees;

  • customs charges;

  • carrier fees; and

  • other non-recoverable expenses.

A returned order must be received and inspected before any eligible refund or reshipment is processed.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Refusing a shipment or failing to collect it does not automatically qualify as an approved return.

Customers who wish to return an order should first receive the shipment and follow our official return procedure.

When an unclaimed or refused shipment is returned to the designated return location, any eligible refund will be assessed after the package is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs, return transportation costs, customs fees, handling charges, or other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

15. Delivered Packages

An order may be considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

  • check with household members;

  • check with neighbours;

  • contact reception or building management;

  • inspect mailrooms or secure delivery areas;

  • check for a delivery notice; and

  • contact the local carrier.

The customer should then contact support@thevarenna.com promptly so that we can review the available information.

16. Lost Shipments

A shipment is not considered lost solely because tracking has not been updated for several days.

International shipments may experience periods without visible tracking movement during transit, customs processing, or carrier transfers.

If a shipment remains without an update for an unusually long period, we may request an investigation from the logistics provider.

A replacement or refund may be offered when the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost or when our investigation determines that an appropriate resolution is required.

Carrier investigations may require additional time and supporting information from the customer.

17. Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect their package as soon as it is delivered.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, the customer should contact support@thevarenna.com promptly and provide:

  • the order number;

  • photographs of the external packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label;

  • photographs or videos of the product;

  • a description of the damage; and

  • any available carrier documentation.

Customers should retain all original packaging, accessories, certificates, and included items while the claim is being reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

18. Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

This may occur due to:

  • product availability;

  • fulfilment location;

  • customs considerations;

  • package-size limitations;

  • security procedures; or

  • carrier requirements.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, the customer may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different dates.

Separate shipment does not mean that any item has been omitted from the order.

19. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us immediately if they need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests submitted before the order enters fulfilment.

However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address, modify the products, or cancel the shipment.

Once dispatched, the customer must generally receive the order and follow our return procedure if they no longer wish to keep it.

This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights granted by applicable consumer law.
